Session 1: Pinpoint the root cause
We’re going to find out what’s causing your anxiety. It could be something that’s going on in your life right now. It could be something that happened a long time ago. It could be how you’re treating your body or habits you’ve had for years that are working against you. Once we figure out the root cause, we’ll be able to develop strategies to either eliminate it or work with it.

Session 2: Replace unhealthy thoughts and beliefs
If you pay attention to how you talk to yourself, you might be amazed at how unhelpful or abusive it is. Often times we speak to ourselves with words we wouldn’t use with our worst enemy. This is emotional abuse and just as harmful as if it were coming from another person. I’ll teach you the powerful skill of identifying your hurtful thoughts and replacing them with thoughts of love and encouragement that will move you forward.

Session 3: Change unhelpful behaviors
Our life is made up of habits, some good and some that sabotage what we want to accomplish. Changing a habit isn’t as simple as calling on our determination and will power. Studies have revealed how complex the process can be. But if you understand how habits work you can conquer any bad habit and replace it with one that will catapult you to the life you want.

Session 4: Decide where you want to go
You’re feeling much better. The anxiety is manageable or gone. You feel more yourself. Now, what? It’s time to figure out where you want to go from here. Is there one big change (or a few small ones) that could make your life so much better? Do you want to change jobs? Stay home full-time? Start exercising? In this session, you’ll get clear on your next move and come up with a strategy to make it happen.

Session 5: Listen to your intuition
Whether you call it God, the Universe, intuition, or something else, there is a deep wisdom within that you can tap into whenever you need it. In this session , you’ll learn how to identify this voice, quiet the noise that covers it up, and follow its guidance as you take the first steps toward your new life.

Let’s see how far you’ve come in 12 weeks. Anxiety is no longer an obstacle, you’ve replaced hurtful thoughts and habits with helpful ones, and you’re on a clearly defined path toward something great.
